DG333ADW-T1-E3 Overview


Due to its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Totally, there are 20 terminations. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. 1 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG333. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 75Ohm. For details about the functions of 20 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 40V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 5V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 200μA current. Put voltage above 200μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 22V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4V. Drain to Source resistance is 45Ohm. 8 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
