DG403BDY Overview


As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 13V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. If you put voltage higher than 500μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 22V. You should attach at least 7V voltage if you are using dual power supply. It is integrated with SPDT analog ICs. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels. A analog switch ics with 4 outputs is included.
