DG411DYZ Overview


As the electronic part is packed in SOIC, international shipping is convenient. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Bulk. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. Operating voltages range from 28V. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. There is 25mOhm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. The switch device is capable of conducting in a 4-bit mode.
