DG412LDQ Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. Total terminations are 16. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO switching circuit are built. The multiplexer consists of 4 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 17Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 2.7V. A voltage higher than 1μA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 3V. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total.
