DG441BDY-T1 Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. Circuits based on SPST - NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 80Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 25V to a switch device. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. A low voltage of 13V should be applied to the electronic component. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 7V if you are using dual power supplies. There is an analog IC DPDT integrated with this board. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. There are 4 inputs to be operated.
