DG444DYZ Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. In total, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 85Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 40V to the switch device in normal circumstances. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 5V. 100pA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If you put voltage higher than 5μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 20V. A dual power supply should have at least 5V voltage attached. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. You shouldn't miss the additional features of the electrical component, such as: IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH 12V SINGLE SUPPLY. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C.
