DM74155N Overview


It is included in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) in order to save board space.As a result, it is packaged in a way that is referred to as Tube.Through Hole is the mounting method digital switch ic uses.In the multiplexers, the analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer is used.As part of its basic configuration, 16 terminations are designed as a part of it.For multiplexer's system, 5V voltage is supplied.This turn signal switch consists of 16 component pins.In the TTL/H/L family, the logic switch is included.In order to prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimal supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 4.75V.Keeping Vsup at 5.25V will prevent some unnecessary failures.Also, it provides an improved version of the characteristics of FUNCTION 2 OUTPUT INVERTED.It reaches its maximum operating temperature of the switches at 70°C.
