It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5V~12V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
