In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 12A volts.8 pins are present on the component.For its basis, 1 outputs are integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.
