HAL221JQ-K Overview

This Tape & Box (TB) package protects the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 5.2mA as the maximum current. The maximum current these switches can supply when they work is 50mA. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 5.2mA. As far as terminations are concerned, there are 3. Normally, this switch should supply a maximum voltage of 24V. In terms of reliability, this switch will normally supply 12V. This magnetic switch can provide 4.3V voltage as the minimum voltage.
