HAL320SF-E Overview


This Cut Tape (CT) package protects the magnetic switch from damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA, Variant packages. Switches of this type are capable of delivering 30mA as the maximum current when they are in use. There is 6.8mA maximum current that these switches can supply. There are 3 terminations in it. The maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches can be set to 140°C. For this magnetic switch to function, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40°C.
