HAL501UA-A Overview


It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tape & Box (TB). In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 4.2mA as its maximum current. Switches of this type are capable of delivering 20mA as the maximum current when they are in use. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 20mA to operate. There is 4.2mA maximum current that these switches can supply. 3 pins are required for the switches to function. The switches should generally produce a current of 50mA. Magnetic switches can be set to 140°C for maximum operating temperature. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C. In this case, the maximum voltage that could be supplied by this component is 24V. As a minimum voltage, these switches can supply 3.8V.
