HI1-0201-4 Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in CDIP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Bulk is used. 16 terminations have been made so far. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 80Ohm. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Dual supply type digital switch with a low cost. This multiplexer would work with 500μA current. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. There is 55Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. 4-bits are supported.
