HI9P0201-9Z Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Bulk is used. In total, there are 16 terminations. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. Into the electrical component body are injected 16 pins. It has an internal resistance of 80Ohm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 44V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. An operating current of 500μA would be sufficient for this switch device. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 2mA. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. There is 55Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. 4-bits are supported.
