In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-VQFN Exposed Pad is used.There is a package in the form of Tube.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Using a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The board has a total of 16 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 114V.
