HIP6301CB Overview


With its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~1.5MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of 20 terminations are available in dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. Voltages 5.25V are the maximum that the dc to dc regulator will accept.
