HV9150K6-G Overview


Capsuled in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 2.7V~4.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -25°C~125°C TJ rating. There is a switch at 40kHz~400kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. HV9150 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. 16 pins are on switching converter. A 500V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. You should note that the dc dc regulator's usual output current is 100mA. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 87.5 %. This Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most prototypes and applications. To operate the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably, users should apply 5V. There is a 2μA volt supply current.
