IR21814 Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package DIP is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.The board has a total of 14 component pins.The basis of this model has 2 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.Due to its power supply of 15V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.The output voltage is set to 10V.
