ISL43143IRZ Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a VQFN. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 2V. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C. It can conduct in a 4-bit manner.
