ISL43240IAZ-T7A Overview


Due to its SSOP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Cut Tape. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 4 channels. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 60Ohm. Datasheets for 20 pin functions are available upon request. Users shouldn't supply more than 12V voltage to the switch device. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Dual, Single supply type. There should be 2V voltage fed to the electrical part below 2V. For this digital switch to work, 10nA current would suffice. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 2V should be attached. Operating voltages of 9V are compatible with the electrical part. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C.
