ISL43L220IRZ-T Overview


High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Cut Tape. A total of 10 terminations have been recorded. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 1.8V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 10 pins are injected to the electronic part body. Analog switches have 350mOhm internal resistance. The functions of 10 pins can be found in the datasheets. A analogue multiplexer of this type is a Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 4.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. 1.1V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 60nA current. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 60nA. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C. It is capable of carrying out 2-bit operation.
