ISL54050IRUZ-T7A Overview


This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Cut Tape. Total terminations are 10. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. This electrical component is included in the 10 series of products. There is 500mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 10 pins functions. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 4.5V volts for the multiplexer. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 1.65V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100nA current. A voltage higher than 100nA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. The electrical part can be operated at 3V voltage levels. Don't forget the additional features of this electronic part, such as: 2-CHANNEL MUX/DEMUX. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C.
