ISL54063IRTZ-T Overview


The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel provides high reliability. There are 10 terminations totally. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 3V voltage supply. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 550mOhm. The datasheets for the 10 pins explain the functions. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 6.5V. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Single supply type. It is recommended to use 1.8V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. An operating current of 20nA would be sufficient for this switch device. If you put voltage higher than 100nA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. As far as the outputs go, this switch multiplexer utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT of them. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate.
