ISL54233IRUZ-T7A Overview


High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. A total of 12 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 3V, it should be turned on and run. It has an internal resistance of 15Ohm. For functions related to 12 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Multiplexers should not be powered above 4.6V in normal situations. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 2.7V. This multiplexer would work with 6.5μA current. Putting voltage greater than 8μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. A voltage of 3V can be used to operate the electronic component. 1.6 GHz-bandwidths can be used to transfer data between multiplexers. Additional features include: FAULT PROTECTED. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C.
