ISL6420IA Overview


With a 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 5.6V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V is input. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. 0.7A is the greatest value switching converter outputs as current.
