ISL6439AIR Overview


It comes in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 3.3V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 3.465V.
