ISL6520AIRZ Overview


With its VQFN package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. It can switch at 340kHz. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
