ISL6525CBZ Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. There is a switch at 200kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 14 terminations. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
