ISL6526ACBZ Overview


It comes in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 2.97V~3.63V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Phase Control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of 14 terminations are available in dc switching.
