ISL6527IB Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.97V~3.63V volts and has 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 600kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 14 terminations with a variety of function. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis 3.3V volts. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 2.97V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 3.63V input voltage.
