ISL6740IBZ-T Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SOIC package. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. It can switch at 1MHz. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a particular type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in switching converter. It is recommended to use 9V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 83 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability. In most applications and prototypes, DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it suitable. Temperatures should be kept at -40°C or higher.
