ISL6845IRZ-T Overview


It comes in a 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~16V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 2MHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 8 terminations. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 15V. An input voltage of 9V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. A value of 1A is output as the maximum value of current.
