ISL84515IH-T Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in SOT-23-5. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape is used. The switch device would be able to operate with 1μA current. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. A voltage of 9V can be used to operate the electronic component. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C. It is capable of carrying out 1-bit operation.
