ISL84714IHZ-T7A Overview

In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape is used. Totally, there are 6 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. An 1.8V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. Into the electrical component body are injected 706 pins. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 600mOhm. For details about the functions of 6 pins, please refer to the datasheets. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 3.6V. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. A low voltage of 1.65V should be applied to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 18nA current. If put voltage greater than 350nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches.
