ISL8499IV Overview


Packed in TSSOP, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Bulk. 16 terminations have been made so far. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 1.8V, it should be turned on and run. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. This digital multiplexer has 250mOhm internal resistance. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. This multiplexer would work with 90nA current. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C. It is capable of carrying out 4-bit operation. Providing the analog switch ic with electricity requires a minimum voltage of 1.65V.
