Its DFN package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The mount method is Surface Mount.The maximum output current can amount to 2A.A board with 8 component pins is available.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -10°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 120μA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 5.5V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.The analog IC it uses is SWITCHING CONTROLLER in the design.
