Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 9V~12V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.The mount method is Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 12V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 9V.
