The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 2A.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 35V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.
