For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube is the form of the package.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6395.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 430mA volts.According to its maximum power dissipation, 800mW is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 150μA.
