A FBGA package is provided with this component. This kind of FPGA is composed of EE PLD. A total of 160 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 36 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. Programmable Logic Devices family FPGA part. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 256 pins. The basic building block of the system is composed of 16 logic blocks (LABs). With a frequency of 125MHz, it delivers high efficiency. There is a maximum frequency of around 322MHz that can be reached by this FPGA. During operation, it uses 12.5mA of supply current. A feature of this system is also called YES, which gives it a unique characteristic. There are 4 dedicated inputs which are used to detect the status of input signals on the platform.
