Fpga chips is supplied in the 100-LFBGA, CSPBGA package. There are FLASH PLD transistors in this type of FPGA. There are 78 I/Os for better data transfer. The basic building blocks of logic contain 256 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array.
