LM27403SQE/NOPB Overview


As a result of 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThis dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3V~20V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD.
