LMK03033ISQE/NOPB Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as there are 3.15V~3.45V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. There are several logic levels in LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. It has been classified as a Clock Conditioner electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
