With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 9.7V~22V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~100°C TJ rating. It can switch at 90kHz~115kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
