LT4321HUF#PBF Overview


A 16-WQFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. The Tube case is ideal for packing the part. In this case, the part is mounted in the Surface Mount direction. A voltage of 20V~80V is applied to it. It is not allowed for this component to operate below -40°C~125°C degrees. It is suitable for the component connected in Power Over Ethernet (PoE). As far as the device classification is concerned, it falls under the Bridge Rectifier category. There is a N-Channel type of FET. In this part, there are 16 terminations. 16 pins are used in the design of this product. LT4321 underpins the part. It is powered by 55V to deliver its perfomance. This part's peak reflow temperature is utilized to run 260. The purpose of this is to make sure that the supply current for the component at 32μA is running as it should be. This part requires a voltage supply (Vsup) of 20V or greater. When Vsup reaches its maximum value, the maximum supply voltage is reached as soon as it reaches 80V.
