LTC2946CDE-1#PBF Overview


I have packed this in Tube. This package has the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad extension. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. Available in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at 0°C~70°C. 2.7V~100V power supply is used to operate it. If you're looking for similar parts, search LTC2946. It includes 16 terminations. This is a powerful analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. Normal volatge needed for the part is 48V. It is important to note that this device requires a voltage of 4V or higher to operate. In order to prevent damage to the device, it is important to keep the maximum voltage below 100V. It has 16 pins jointed. For logic gate applications, this is a 16 solution. As it's a Surface Mount device, it makes it easy to install and detach it. When the supply current is set to 900μA, the PMIC will operate normally. In order to implement this logic device, 3 channels have been implemented.
