Packaging is in the form of a Tape and Reel. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of DFN functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. This power management has 8 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.5V for this power management. There should be no more than 36V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management.
