LTC3803IS6#TRMPBF Overview

As a result of SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 5.7V~8V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . There are many different types of terminations for 6. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 8V.
