In the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4V~36V and has a 4V~36V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 250kHz~530kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
