Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~60V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz~750kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
